Edit settings to leave a copy of POP emails on the server

To change the settings how long to leave the email copy on the server please follow the below steps:

• Open your Outlook application.
• Click on the File tab
• Click on Account Settings
• Click on Account Settings
• 
• A new tab will open.
• Double click on the account.
• 6.Now click on more settings
• 7. Now click on the Advanced tab
• 8. Now the option to keep the mail on the mail server can be changed.
• Please change as per the following options:
• If the mail is only on one device you can untick the checkbox “Leave a copy of messages on server.
• If you have this on more than one device we would recommend to change the days to keep this on the server to no more than 5 days.
• Once changed you can now click on OK, Next>, Close and then Finish.
