How to cleanup your mailbox account if it becomes full.

A pop mail account is a mail account where the mails are not stored on the server.

The server has a maximum of 100MB of data and once full you will no longer receive mail.

Your application used for your mail (Outlook etc.) determines how long the mails stay on the server once downloaded (normally 3/5/7 days).  If your mailbox is full and you need to clear some old mails from the server you can follow this guide to clean this up.

1. Login to your webmail account by following the link https://webmail.ionline.co.za/ and entering the user account details and click on login:

2. You can now navigate to the mails you want to remove from the server, select the emails and click on the delete button.

3. Once you have deleted all the mails you no longer want on the server you can navigate to the deleted items folder, click on select, click on all and click on the delete icon to remove the items from your deleted items folder on the server as per below:

Your mailbox will now show the space used on this specific mail account:

You can repeat this process if needed to remove more mails.
