Joining a remote support session

iONLINE may need to login to your machine or a machine on your network to better support you. If an iONLINE engineer requests you to join a created remote session you are able to join a session by doing the following. 

NOTE: An iONLINE representative needs to initiate a session before you are able to join and you will be either asked to click on a created session or enter in a code given to you by the agent. 


Joining a remote session:
1. Navigate to http://remote.ionline.co.za/
2. A website will appear with a welcome box, either enter in the code iONLINE gave you or select your name from the drop-down box under "Join a public session" 

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the remote tool which will establish the connection.
