You are able to access all Plesk mail that is on your server using Webmail. To do this you need both your email address and password(Which can be found on the Plesk admin panel or asking your IT team)
With iONLINE POP Mailbox's you can access your mail online if you are not at the computer, your mail account is set-up on. It is important to note that ONLY mail that has NOT been downloaded to your computer will be available online. If you want all your mail accessible online you can upgrade your mailbox to an Exchange account with us. Exchange accounts give you 50GB of mail storage on our servers and your mail is synced across multiple devices. This means if you read your mail on your iPhone, for example, it will be marked as read on your PC. For more information please contact support.Â

1.go to the following site: Â webmail.yourdomain
Example: If your email address is support@ionlinesp.co.za you would go to webmail.ionlinesp.co.za.Â
2. login with your pop email address and the password given to you buy iONLINE or your IT admin.
